Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast in warm water and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add salt, oil, and 2 cups of flour; mix until the mixture is 'soupy'.
  3. Add remaining 2 cups of flour and mix by hand.
  4. Lightly grease baking sheets with Crisco.
  5. Rub a little Crisco on hands and pat out dough in the pan.
