Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix egg and milk together in a bowl.
  2. Combine flour and seasoned salt in a separate dish.
  3. Wash mushrooms thoroughly and dip them into the egg and milk mixture.
  4. Then, coat the mushrooms well in the flour and seasoning mixture.
  5. Place the coated mushrooms into hot deep-fryer oil heated to about 300°F.
  6. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from oil and let cool slightly.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
