Ingredients

  • 3 packages frozen limas
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chili peppers

Instructions

  1. Cook limas according to package directions.
  2. In a saucepan, cook cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, and pepper until the cheese melts.
  3. Add butter to the soup mixture and stir well.
  4. Put the cooked beans into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the beans and stir to combine.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
