- Wash potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
- Keep the potato slices in water until all are cut.
- In a plastic bag, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Drop 4 pieces of potato at a time into the bag and coat well, until all pieces are coated.
- Melt a stick of margarine in a baking pan.
- Place the coated potatoes in the pan with melted margarine.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
