Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
  2. Keep the potato slices in water until all are cut.
  3. In a plastic bag, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drop 4 pieces of potato at a time into the bag and coat well, until all pieces are coated.
  5. Melt a stick of margarine in a baking pan.
  6. Place the coated potatoes in the pan with melted margarine.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
