Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef (you can use pork or beef roast)
  • 1 lb. pinto beans
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 small flat can green chilies
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 bud garlic, chopped
  • 5 to 7 c. water
  • 1 small bag Fritos
  • green onions, chopped
  • fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • lettuce, shredded
  • jalapeno peppers

Instructions

  1. Layer all the ingredients listed.
  2. Pour bean mixture over all. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
