Instructions
- Brown ground beef
- Add onion and cook until transparent
- Add tomato juice, salt, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce and stir
- Bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes
- Add chopped bell pepper and simmer for additional 10 minutes
- Remove from heat, add sour cream and mix well
- Let stand for 5 minutes and serve
