Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cups wide egg noodles
  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 16-oz container of sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef
  2. Add onion and cook until transparent
  3. Add tomato juice, salt, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce and stir
  4. Bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes
  5. Add chopped bell pepper and simmer for additional 10 minutes
  6. Remove from heat, add sour cream and mix well
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve
