Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef franks
  • 1 lb. sliced bacon
  • 1 lb. light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut each beef frank into individual pieces.
  2. Wrap a quarter slice of bacon around each piece and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place a layer of light brown sugar in the crock-pot or slow cooker.
  4. Arrange the bacon-wrapped franks in layers over the brown sugar.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot.
