Ingredients

  • 2 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimento
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Bake in a 1-quart casserole at 325° for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with party rye bread or chips.
