Beef and Mango Kabobs

Ingredients

  • beef sirloin steak
  • fresh mango
  • dressing
  • white rice
  • red pepper
  • onion

Instructions

  1. Thread first 4 ingredients alternately onto 8 skewers; place in shallow dish.
  2. Pour dressing over kabobs; turn to evenly coat kabobs.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Heat grill to medium heat.
  5. Drain kabobs; discard marinade.
  6. Grill kabobs 15 min.
  7. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
  8. Serve over rice.
