Beef and Mango Kabobs

Instructions
- Thread first 4 ingredients alternately onto 8 skewers; place in shallow dish.
- Pour dressing over kabobs; turn to evenly coat kabobs.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Drain kabobs; discard marinade.
- Grill kabobs 15 min.
- or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
- Serve over rice.
