Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground round
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 pkg. frozen peas
  • hot rice

Instructions

  1. Mix cornstarch with a little water and sugar.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  3. Add frozen peas to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  4. Serve the beef and peas over hot rice.
