Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 large white onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. elbow spaghetti
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 16 slices Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet; set aside.
  2. Cook elbow spaghetti in 4 to 5 cups boiling water for 7 to 9 minutes; drain and set aside.
  3. Combine cooked beef, cooked spaghetti, tomato sauce, and chopped onion in a casserole dish.
  4. Add drained corn and mix well.
  5. Top with slices of Velveeta cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
