Beef - Bean Pot Style

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. stew beef
  • 1 small pkg. baby carrots
  • 1 pkg. pearl onions
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can peas
  • 1 lb. 12 oz. can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. tapioca
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Put everything raw into bean pot and cook covered in 325° oven for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
