Beef-Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans or homemade
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. tortilla shells
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can milk
  • 1 small can chopped green chiles
  • 1/3 (2 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef; drain.
  2. Add refried beans, 1/2 sour cream and taco seasoning.
  3. Stir until well mixed.
  4. In a large saucepan, heat soup, milk, chiles and cheese.
  5. Spread meat mixture on shells and roll up.
  6. Pour sauce over enchiladas.
  7. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
