Instructions
- Brown meat in a small amount of melted shortening in large, heavy frying pan; add seasoning and water.
- Cover and simmer until tender, 40 minutes.
- Add more water if needed.
- Stir in steak sauce and peas; heat thoroughly and remove from heat.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
