Ingredients

  • 3 lb. beef roast
  • 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef roast into pieces.
  2. Place the beef pieces into a crock-pot set to low.
  3. Add the dry onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook for 8 to 10 hours or until the beef is very tender.
  5. Pull the meat apart into small pieces using forks.
  6. Return the shredded meat to the cooking juices and mix well.
  7. Serve the beef over buns.
