Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 0.5 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
  • 1 medium potato, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • water

Instructions

  1. Begin cooking the frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions.
  2. Add ground beef, canned tomatoes, diced potato, and diced onion immediately to the vegetables.
  3. Cook until the potatoes are tender and the onion is soft.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add water to reach the desired thickness, stir well, and simmer briefly before serving.
