Ingredients

  • 3 lb. stew beef
  • 1 can golden condensed mushroom soup
  • 1 can red wine

Instructions

  1. Cut the stew beef into chunks if not using steaks.
  2. In a large pot, brown the beef pieces over medium heat until browned on all sides.
  3. Add the can of golden condensed mushroom soup and the can of red wine to the beef.
  4. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and simmer on low heat for approximately 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  6. Serve hot, garnished as desired.
