Beef 'N Cheese Foldover

- Brown the hamburger and chopped onion in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Stir in barbecue sauce and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the refrigerator dinner roll dough into 4 long rectangles on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Overlap the long sides of each rectangle.
- Press perforations together and seal the edges.
- Pat the dough into a 15 x 13-inch rectangle.
- Spread the meat mixture lengthwise in a 4-inch wide strip down the center of the dough, leaving 1 inch from each end.
- Top the meat with slices of American processed cheese.
- Fold the shorter ends of the dough 1 inch over the filling.
- Bring the long sides of the dough rectangle over the filling, overlapping the edges.
- Pinch the edges to seal the foldover.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top (optional).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
