Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can roast beef
  • 1 cup cheese, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the roast beef in a casserole dish.
  2. Pre-cook the sliced potatoes in boiling water until tender, then drain.
  3. Place the cooked potatoes over the beef in the dish.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add a layer of chopped cheese on top of the potatoes.
  6. Dot the cheese layer with margarine.
  7. Bake at 400°F (200°C) until the cheese and margarine melt, approximately 10 minutes.
