Beef Roll Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. onion flakes
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. packaged bread crumbs
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine meat, salt, pepper, onion, egg and bread crumbs. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.
  2. Add mushroom liquid to meat mixture.
  3. Mix lightly.
