Beef (Rollanden) Rolls
Juicy beef rolls filled with bacon, tenderized and cooked with vegetables in a savory gravy, perfect for hearty family dinners and comfort food lovers.

Instructions
- Have the butcher cut thin steaks about 1/4 inch thick on request.
- Cut the steaks into 3 x 6-inch pieces and pound them to tenderize.
- Season each steak strip with salt and pepper.
- Place half a strip of bacon on each steak piece.
- Roll up the steak strips with bacon inside and secure with thread or a toothpick.
- Brown the beef rolls on all sides in a skillet, then remove from the pan.
- Prepare gravy by mixing stock with flour and cold water; shake well to remove lumps.
- Gradually add the gravy mixture to the skillet, stirring constantly.
- Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Add new potatoes, onions, and baby carrots to the pan.
- Return the beef rolls to the pan and cook on medium heat, covered, until vegetables are tender.
