Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 3 portions.
  3. Place each portion on a 24-inch piece of foil and shape into a 15-inch stick.
  4. Seal the foil around each stick.
  5. Refrigerate the wrapped sticks for 24 hours.
  6. Bake, wrapped in foil, at 300°F (150°C) for 1 hour.
