Beef Stuffed Potatoes

Instructions
- Bake potatoes, cool and slice in halves lengthwise.
- Brown beef and diced onions; drain.
- Scoop centers from baked potatoes, mash and add mayonnaise, milk and Cheddar cheese.
- Mix beef with mashed potato mixture.
- Add salt, pepper and garlic salt.
- Spoon into shells of baked potatoes.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Top with butter.
