Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a large skillet.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, sliced onion, and drained sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Push the mushroom-onion mixture to the side of the skillet and place four hamburger patties in the skillet.
  5. Cook the patties until done to your liking.
  6. Serve the mushroom-onion mixture over the cooked patties.
