Ingredients

  • 12 oz. can corned beef
  • 2 to 3 small onions
  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes
  • water
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and onions.
  2. Cut the potatoes and onions into cubes.
  3. Put the cubed potatoes and onions into a frying pan.
  4. Cover with water and cook on medium-high heat until potatoes are tender.
  5. Add the can of corned beef and mix it in with the potatoes.
  6. Cook on low heat until the corned beef is heated through.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste, keeping in mind the saltiness of the corned beef.
