Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. finely chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the steaks and mix well.
  2. Pour the marinade over steak strips.
  3. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
