Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. stew meat
  • flour
  • 3/4 cup onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can biscuits
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Add salt and pepper to flour and coat the stew meat.
  2. Brown the coated stew meat in oil.
  3. Add onions and sauté until tender.
  4. Pour in the cream of chicken soup and water over the stew meat; simmer until the meat is tender.
  5. Pour the stew into a baking dish.
  6. Layer biscuits on top of the stew mixture and bake until the biscuits are browned.
