Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into burger patties.
  3. Grill the patties about 4 inches from the coals for approximately 7 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve the burgers on toasted buns with a slice of sweet Vidalia onion.
