Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash

Instructions

  1. Brown ground chuck well; drain all fat.
  2. Stir together vegetables, brown gravy mix, water, and Mrs. Dash with the meat in a shallow casserole dish (11 x 13 inches).
  3. Cut biscuits into fourths and place on top of the meat mixture.
  4. Push down slightly to coat with gravy; biscuits will rise back up as they bake.
  5. Bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes, or until biscuits are browned.
