Beefy Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. green pickle relish
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped dried beef

Instructions

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks and add mayonnaise, mustard and relish.
  2. Stir in dried beef and mix thoroughly.
  3. Stuff egg whites.
