Beer Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. beer

Instructions

  1. Shred cabbage and pepper.
  2. Add celery seed, onion, salt and pepper.
  3. Thin mayonnaise with beer; add to cabbage.
  4. Toss thoroughly; chill in refrigerator before serving.
  5. Excellent with ham or corned beef.
  6. Serves 6.
