Ingredients

  • 1 small bottle Gebhardt chili powder
  • 2 lb. cubed meat (cheap roast)
  • tallow
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 big button garlic, mashed
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • 1 can Spanish-style tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Fry tallow in a large pot or skillet.
  2. Add chopped onions and mashed garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add cubed meat and cook in its own juice until almost done.
  4. Stir in a small bottle of Gebhardt chili powder or less.
  5. Add black pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Pour in Spanish-style tomato sauce and water.
  7. Simmer for 30 minutes or less, then serve.
