Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. cucumber juice
  • 1/2 large cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. onion juice or onions, grated very finely
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pinch of cayenne
  • green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients with 1 to 2 drops of green food coloring in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add more color if needed.
  3. Blend until smooth.
