Ingredients

  • 32 ounces refried beans
  • 15 12 ounces salsa
  • 14 ounce taco seasoning mix
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, soft
  • 14 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cups Mexican blend cheese, shredded
  • tortilla chips
  • assorted fresh vegetable

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and mix all ingredients in a large bowl except 1/2 cup of cheese.
  2. Pour into casserole dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
  3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
