Ingredients
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil ⓘ
- 1/2 pound chicken breast strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes ⓘ
- 1/2 pound string pasta ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon dried basil ⓘ
- 1/4 cup white wine ⓘ
- 3/4 cup chicken broth ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon butter ⓘ
- 1 1/2 pounds sausage, drained and cooked ⓘ
- 1 dash red pepper flakes ⓘ
Instructions
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add chicken breast strips and cook until tender.
- Add cooked sausage and broccoli florets and sauté until broccoli is tender.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes, dried basil, red pepper flakes, white wine, chicken broth, and butter.
- Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes.
- Toss the sauce with cooked string pasta and serve. Optionally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
