Ingredients

  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 pound chicken breast strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 pound string pasta
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/2 pounds sausage, drained and cooked
  • 1 dash red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken breast strips and cook until tender.
  3. Add cooked sausage and broccoli florets and sauté until broccoli is tender.
  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes, dried basil, red pepper flakes, white wine, chicken broth, and butter.
  5. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes.
  6. Toss the sauce with cooked string pasta and serve. Optionally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
