Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 bunch chives
  • 4 oz. sliced pastrami
  • 6 oz. sliced beef

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl.
  2. Dice the chives, pastrami, and beef in a food processor until finely chopped.
  3. Add the diced chives, pastrami, and beef to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
  5. Serve the cheese ball with Ritz crackers.
