Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups berries, sweetened
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Beat all ingredients except berries well until smooth.
  2. Place the sweetened berries in the unbaked pie shell.
  3. Pour the custard mixture over the berries.
  4. Bake at 300°F until the custard is set and doesn't shake in the middle.
