Berry Streusel

- Cut butter into spelt flour. Add ground almonds, 1/2 cup sugar and ginger. Add egg and mix to form a crumbly streusel topping. Chill for 30 mins.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix berries and remaining sugar in a shallow ovenproof dish and top with streusel. Bake for 25-30 mins until golden. Serve warm with vanilla sauce.
