Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages broccoli
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 to 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • butter or oleo

Instructions

  1. Place cooked, chopped chicken in a baking dish.
  2. Cook broccoli according to package directions, then place on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, cream of chicken soups, mushrooms, and chicken broth.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Add cracker crumbs over the cheese.
  7. Dot the top with butter or oleo.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
