Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) package orange jello
  • 1 (3 oz.) package lemon jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 small can frozen orange juice
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange and lemon jello in boiling water.
  2. Add the frozen orange juice and mix well.
  3. Stir in the crushed pineapple (undrained), drained mandarin oranges, and chopped pecans if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into a small ring mold or desired mold.
  5. Chill until set, about 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Unmold the salad onto a serving plate and serve.
