Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. cold water

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients; blend well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into a pan; bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or 20 to 25 minutes for cupcakes.
  4. Let cool before serving.
