Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes, peeled and skinned
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp allspice

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over washed tomatoes and allow them to sit for a few minutes until the skins peel off easily.
  2. Remove skin and slice tomatoes on a wooden board, making sure not to waste the juice.
