  • 1 cup yellow Crisco
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup flour

  2. Cut in the yellow Crisco until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
