Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. key lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • whipped heavy cream
  • 3 drops green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Place sweetened condensed milk, softened cream cheese, and key lime juice in a bowl.
  2. Whip with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a crust.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Top with whipped cream before serving.
