Ingredients

  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. diced ham
  • 20 diced black olives
  • 8 oz. diced pimentos or green chili peppers
  • 2 c. diced Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans Hungry Jack biscuits

Instructions

  1. Grease muffin tins.
  2. Flatten biscuits and place them in the muffin tins.
  3. Mix cream cheese, diced ham, black olives, pimentos or green chili peppers, and Cheddar cheese together.
  4. Add the cheese mixture into the biscuit cups.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
