Bishop'S Bread(Coffee Cake)

Instructions
- Mix flour, brown sugar, salt, and Crisco until crumbly.
- Set aside 3/4 cup of the crumb mixture for the topping.
- To the remaining batter, add the egg and sour milk, then mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan.
- Scatter the reserved crumb mixture over the top.
- Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
