Ingredients

  • 9 c. flour
  • 2 c. shortening
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 2/3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine 9 cups of flour, 2 cups of shortening, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 4 teaspoons of baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Store the dry mixture in a covered container for future use.
  4. To prepare, add 2/3 cup of milk to 2 cups of the dry mixture and stir to combine.
