Ingredients

  • 8 1/2 oz. box cornbread mix
  • 16 oz. can Veg-All vegetables, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Combine cornbread mix, drained Veg-All vegetables, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, milk, and slightly beaten egg in a mixing bowl.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
  4. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
