Ingredients

  • 5 burrito-size tortillas
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 cans black beans, drained and pureed

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, and onion salt until smooth.
  2. Spread black beans evenly on each tortilla.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture over the black beans on each tortilla.
  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly.
  5. Refrigerate the rolled tortillas until ready to serve.
  6. Slice into pieces and serve with hot sauce.
