Ingredients

  • 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3 oz. package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
  • 21 oz. cherry filling, chilled

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the melted unsweetened chocolate with sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Beat in cold water, then add the instant chocolate pudding mix and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
  3. Freeze the mixture for 5 minutes.
  4. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  5. Spoon the mousse into individual dishes.
  6. Stir the remaining 1/4 teaspoon almond extract into the cherry filling and spoon over the mousse.
